Johns Manville in Penbryn, NJ is seeking a Plant Engineer with a proven leadership background to drive maintenance, capital projects, and reliability programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will manage a team, coordinate SAP PM/PS/PP activities, ensure safety compliance, and deliver long-term Capex plans while optimizing asset care and energy use. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years in maintenance/plant/project engineering.
• ERP systems experience, preferably SAP PM/PS/PP.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete safety requirements as assigned.
• Lead direct reports and manage AC&R program.
• Oversee plant-driven capital projects and budget.
• Coordinate suppliers and contractors for projects.
• Develop and manage long-term Capex programs.
• Oversee SAP PM/PS/PP activities and ensure compliance.
