Job summary

Ball Aerospace is seeking an Electrical & Auxiliary Supervisor in Oregon to lead a team of electricians and maintenance specialists, owning the lifecycle of all support equipment and electrical resources. You will drive maintenance programs, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive improvements to maximize uptime and throughput.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years in an industrial environment focused on electrical, mechanical or maintenance roles.
• Experience with automation equipment, PLC/controls automation; Rockwell experience preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Oregon Supervising Electrician, Journeyman Electrician or Plant Journeyman license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all electrical systems and auxiliary equipment to ensure high uptime and production throughput.
• Lead, coach, and develop electricians and maintenance specialists to form a high-performing team.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements and food safety standards.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance without disrupting operations.
• Communicate effectively with production, management, and contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-effective resource utilization.
