Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to adjust working hours to support operations.
• Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations (Cal/OSHA, EPA).
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary EHS resource for assigned operations.
• Lead incident investigations from initial response to closure.
• Coordinate root cause analyses using 8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys, TapRooT.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions based on findings.
• Support workers' compensation case management and returns-to-work.
• Conduct JHAs, risk assessments, and EHS inspections.
• Lead EHS programs including LOTO, NFPA 70E, PPE, chemical safety.
