Job summary

Kellanova is seeking an Environmental Health Safety and Security Manager for our Blue Anchor, NJ plant. You will foster a culture of safety, lead EHS programs, and ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA requirements while driving continuous safety improvements.

In this role, you will manage training, recordkeeping, reporting, and risk mitigation, partnering with site leadership to protect employees and the community. A strong background in safety management and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong experience and knowledge of safety and environment processes and procedures.
• Leadership, training, problem solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, research, and analytical abilities.
• Experience or familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and plant‑specific software systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical resource for plant safety and environmental compliance.
• Ensure accurate EHS recordkeeping, document management, and case management; prepare and submit required records and reports.
• Lead and collaborate on safety and environmental programs to build a preventative culture.
• Track, report, and analyze EHS performance and manage site EHS programs.
