Job summary

ELANTAS North America, LLC is seeking an EH&S Manager to ensure plant compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations while driving an injury-free workplace. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
• 5–7 years in industrial environmental compliance and safety.
• Experience supporting ERP in manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, HAZMAT, and DOT regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant compliance with local, state and federal safety regulations and maintain an injury-free workplace.
• Oversee environmental compliance including air, water and waste reporting with third-party support.
• Develop plant-wide safety and industrial hygiene strategies and benchmarking.
• Manage safety audits, corrective actions, and safety training programs.
• Serve as the site safety expert on hazards related to aluminum processing and solvents.
