Job summary

Kellanova seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Manager I for our Jackson, TN Plant. You will lead site EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leaders to build a strong safety culture.

You’ll deliver effective safety training and develop proactive hazard controls to protect workers and the environment. You will supervise EHS technicians, coordinate with Engineering and continuous improvement groups, and drive regulatory readiness across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Progressive Environmental Health and Safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of site-level safety and environmental programs, including regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and EPA requirements and their application in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience leading or supervising EHS professionals or technicians.

Responsibilities

• Functional Support - Serve as a technical resource for plant safety and environmental compliance.
• Process Management - Manage EHS records, document management, and reporting to internal stakeholders and agencies.
• Leadership - Lead cross-departmental efforts to identify hazards and drive mitigation actions.
• Delivering Success - Track and report EHS performance and support site safety initiatives.
