Loyalty Rules is seeking a Manager II, EHS at our Jackson, TN facility. This role involves collaborating with employees to enforce safety standards and prevent workplace injuries. You will lead your team of Safety Technicians, ensuring compliance with health regulations and minimizing risks.
We require strong leadership, knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, and experience with safety processes. A competitive salary ranges from $134,300 to $176,295, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.
As the Environmental Health and Safety Manager at our Jackson, TN plant, you will work collaboratively with employees to create a strong presence of safety to enable the prevention of workplace injuries and illnesses. You will do so by implementing occupational safety and health standards, providing safety training, and working with partners to develop innovative programs to prevent workplace hazards. Not only will you lead the site in safety, but you will lead your team of Safety Technicians by building their capabilities and further increasing safety across the site.
With your expertise you will work against workplace health and safety risks/hazards and work proactively to minimize and eliminate these risks. You will lead the environment’s compliance activities and ensure our facility adheres to regulations. You can also use your training skills to provide key safety insights and increase knowledge and understanding across the site. In addition, you can innovate with us as you inform and influence at all levels and functions to ensure that health and safety is a value and continuously improved upon.
The annual salary range is $134,300 - $176,295, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
