Job summary

Kellanova seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Manager I for our Jackson, TN plant. You will report to the Site EHS Manager II, build a safety culture, and lead programs to prevent injuries and environmental risk while ensuring compliance with OSHA/EPA standards.

You’ll supervise EHS technicians, coordinate with Engineering and maintenance, and drive performance improvements across operations to protect people and the environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field or equivalent experience.
• Progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing/industrial plant environment.
• Ownership of site-level safety programs, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA requirements in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead site environmental programs and co-chair the safety center of excellence.
• Manage EHS risk and ensure regulatory compliance across the site.
• Track, analyze, and report EHS performance and support cross‑functional improvements.
• Deliver effective safety training and partner with engineering and maintenance teams.
