Job summary

One Source Technical in Lindenwold, NJ is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our site. This critical leadership role will develop and maintain safety and environmental programs, drive risk mitigation, and foster a high-performance EHS culture within our manufacturing environment.

You will serve as the site's SME, integrating EHS best practices into operations and reporting to the Plant Manager or senior executive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated EHS management and leadership experience within a heavy manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, ANSI standards, NFPA standards, and EPA and Workers' Compensation laws.
• Proven expertise in hazard recognition, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and implementing effective control measures.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory reporting and compliance with EPA/NJDEP; prepare and maintain environmental reports.
• Waste management of hazardous and non-hazardous streams (RCRA).
• Maintain operating permits and liaison during regulatory inspections.
• Champion site sustainability initiatives for resource conservation.
