Job summary

Bunge plant in Remington, Indiana seeks an experienced EHS leader to drive safety, health, and environmental programs. You will lead the execution of standards to prevent injuries, protect the environment, and ensure regulatory compliance across the site.

You will coach the workforce, deliver trainings, conduct audits, and partner with corporate safety and environmental teams to sustain a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental/Health Science, Engineering, or closely related field.
• 10+ years of safety and environmental experience required.
• Proven track record improving SIF potential incidents and high potential exposures.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership and technical expertise to plant leadership and workforce.
• Lead and implement EHS programs to prevent injuries and environmental incidents.
• Coach employees to foster a safety-first culture.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitor policies, procedures, permits and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct observations and audits to assess program effectiveness.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with corporate safety and environmental teams.
