Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Warrenton, Missouri, is seeking an experienced Facility EHS Manager to lead safety, health, and environmental programs at our manufacturing site. You will drive a zero-harm culture, ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA standards, and build robust safety processes across the facility.

You will develop and implement safety plans, manage documentation, and coach leaders and team members to achieve continuous improvement and regulatory excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, environment or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret governmental safety and environmental regulations (i.e., OSHA).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently to deliver results.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and company requirements.
• Maintain safety and environmental records in accordance with laws and company policy.
• Oversee and improve facility safety initiatives to build a strong safety culture.
• Coordinate safety documentation (JSAs, PPE assessments, etc.).
• Update and ensure compliance of Facility Written Programs (LOTO, PIT, Hazcom, etc).
