Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Missouri seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead the facility's safety, health, and environmental programs. The role focuses on building a strong safety culture and full regulatory compliance across operations.

You will develop and oversee safety plans, coordinate documentation, and coach teams to achieve zero-harm targets while supporting continuous improvement and training opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, environment or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret OSHA and related regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and company requirements.
• Maintain safety and environmental records per regulations.
• Lead and improve facility safety programs to build a zero-harm culture.
• Coordinate safety documentation (JSAs, PPE assessments, etc.).
• Update and ensure facility written programs (LOTO, HazCom, etc.).
