Job summary

Wikoff Color Corporation seeks a Plant EHS Coordinator to implement and monitor environmental, health, and safety programs at the plant level. You will work under the EHS Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a strong safety culture on the shop floor.

The role requires hands-on inspections, training delivery, incident support, and meticulous recordkeeping across environmental, health, and safety disciplines. Associate or higher education in safety fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and EPA hazardous waste rules.
• Experience delivering EHS training and maintaining compliance records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections and audits on the plant floor.
• Coordinate OSHA programs (Hazard Communication, PPE, LOTO, etc.).
• Administer respirator program and fit testing.
• Support incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain site EHS documentation and records for audits.
