Job summary

Wikoff Color Corporation is seeking a Plant EHS Coordinator to support environmental, health, and safety programs at the Alpharetta plant. You will be on the plant floor, conducting inspections, delivering training, and assisting with incident investigations and recordkeeping.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, hazardous materials handling, and safety culture. Candidates typically have 2–4 years of EHS experience, OSHA 30, and HAZWOPER; ASP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, preferably ink/coatings.
• Knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards and EPA hazardous waste rules.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with good communication.
• Ability to work independently and coach plant employees on safety.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental permit compliance and waste management at the site.
• Conduct plant safety inspections and audits; track corrective actions.
• Deliver EHS training and maintain training records.
• Maintain OSHA 300/300A/301 logs; assist HR with workers’ compensation.
• Lead site safety committee meetings and drills; engage employees.
• Review new materials for EHS concerns; maintain SDS library.
• Inspect emergency equipment and respond to spills or incidents.
