Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Plant Director to oversee daily operations, safety culture, and plant profitability at our Cumberland facility. You will lead a high‑participation team and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and quality standards while driving cost efficiency.

You will shape continuous improvement programs, manage budgeting and capital expenditures, and partner with department managers to sustain Amcor's high‑performing culture and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of and experience with injection molding manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of and experience in leading a progressive manufacturing facility.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical skills required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong planning/organizing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
• Ability to effectively communicate/present findings to a wide variety of audiences.

Responsibilities

• Foster and enhance safety culture.
• Provide operational and employee leadership to the facility.
• Manage financial performance and budgets.
• Oversee plant cost structure and spending to preserve profitability.
• Assist budgeting, production statistics, cost analysis and capital expenditures.

• Develop and mentor plant employees.
• Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
