Job summary

CF Industries is seeking an Upgrade Plant Day Supervisor / Trainer to lead day-to-day operations and operator training. The role collaborates with Maintenance, Engineering, Safety and leadership to ensure safe, reliable plant performance.

You will oversee SOP/SOCL programs, LOTO, and training materials, while guiding outage planning and implementation of plant changes. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with upgrade plant equipment and operator procedure standards.
• Proven ability to lead training programs and document training progress.
• Strong problem-solving skills including RCA and 5-Why methods.
• Effective cross-functional communication and leadership in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations training program and evaluate operator readiness.
• Own SOP/SOCL programs, forms, checklists and training materials.
• Plan outages and turnarounds, defining scope and execution plans.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and support capital planning.
