Job summary

CMC is seeking a results-driven operations leader to direct daily plant activities across production, maintenance, logistics, and safety. You will mentor supervisors, manage budgets, and drive improvements while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with quality, engineering, and EHS teams to optimize performance, control costs, and support hiring and training initiatives, ensuring safe and reliable operations at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication across teams and levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily plant operations including production, maintenance, logistics, and safety.
