Job summary

CF Industries Planning Supervisor oversees the Planning Department, directing maintenance work, turnaround planning, and safety leadership to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget execution. Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Turnaround planning and scheduling experience preferred.
• Degree in business administration, industrial technology, construction management, or related field is a plus.
• Proficient with CMMS and scheduling software; strong asset management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety meetings with CF team members and contractors.
• Directs work activities to meet schedules and budget.
• Ensures maintenance work complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develops KPI reports for maintenance and turnaround activities; tracks progress.
• Provides technical guidance and problem-solving support to maintenance teams.
