Grant County Public Utility District in Ohio seeks an experienced Operations Planning & Scheduling leader to coordinate plant-wide planning across Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering. You will oversee outage schedules, align resources, and govern plant procedures to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient generation.

The role requires coordinating with Hydro Planners and the Scheduler, implementing standardized processes, and driving continuous improvement in planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
• Six+ years of relevant experience in power plant operations, maintenance, or planning/scheduling.
• Knowledge of plant operations, schedules, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex schedules.

Responsabilités

• Lead integration across Plant Operations, Plant Maintenance, and Engineering to align priorities and resources.
• Oversee short- and long-term outage schedules and readiness.
• Govern plant procedures, SOPs, and clearance processes with ownership.
• Supervise Hydro Planners, Operations Coordinators, and Power Production Scheduler.
• Establish KPIs for schedule adherence, backlog health, and execution performance.
• Ensure data integrity in CMMS, reporting, and performance tracking.
