Job summary

Actalent, Inc. seeks a Lead Scheduler to guide the project administrative support for the utilities Delivery team in New Albany, OH. You will develop, maintain, and update schedules and resources while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with client project teams.

The role requires strong scheduling and project controls experience in construction, with a focus on data quality, risk input, and timely invoicing. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Eight years of scheduling or project controls experience in construction.
• Eight years interfacing with engineering, construction, planning, and project management.
• Associate’s degree in a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced project administrative support requiring scheduling knowledge.
• Lead development and maintenance of resource-loaded project schedules with the Delivery team.
• Oversee data gathering tools to collect project and resource scheduling information.
• Track project scope changes and update status notes.
• Perform resource analysis with the Delivery team.
• Provide analysis to help meet time, cost, and quality targets.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports and lead meetings with Delivery teams.
• Contribute to project risk register with guidance to team members.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure accurate invoicing and project data.
• Monitor hours billed and data accuracy in billing and scheduling systems.
• Assist in developing project control standards and guidelines.
• Share best practices across office locations.
• Review and provide recommendations with Operations and Delivery teams.
