Job summary

Dominion Energy in the United States is seeking a seasoned maintenance planning professional to coordinate the maintenance and contractor activities at a generating facility. You will plan and supervise daily and outage work, optimize resource use, and ensure safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.

You will prepare paperwork, assign priorities, develop schedules with Outage Planners, and inspect completed work for quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance procedures, corrective maintenance planning, scheduling, and materials management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates analytical and troubleshooting skills for maintenance activities and work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the maintenance and contractor activities of a generating facility to provide reliable, safe service.
• Plan and supervise daily and outage work, using staffing, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimum availability.
• Manage warranty claims and prepare paperwork (requisitions, scopes of work, reports, Preventive Maintenance, Bills of Material).
• Assign priorities and develop work schedules in coordination with Outage Planners and station groups.
• Inspect completed work for defects and compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
