Job summary

Augmentis Group is seeking a Site Controller to lead all accounting, controls, planning and analysis for the Erie plant. You will partner with operations leadership to shape strategy, improve performance and guide capital decisions.

The role covers forecasting, budgeting, reporting, consolidation and analysis; you’ll build forecasts and tell a clear story to drive decisions. Strong cost accounting and ERP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive financial or controllership experience, manufacturing preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, planning, reporting, consolidation and analysis.
• Build accurate forecasts and translate numbers into actionable site decisions.
• Manage internal controls and cost accounting for the site and product costing.
• Partner with operations leadership to shape strategy and capital decisions.
