Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Senior Controller for the site finance team in Huntsville, AL. You will own all accounting, controls, planning, and analysis for the operation, partnering with operations leadership to shape strategy and drive results.

The role requires 5+ years in finance with manufacturing experience, a BA/BS in accounting, finance or business, and US work authorization. MBA/CPA/CMA and ERP expertise are preferred. This is a dynamic, growth-focused plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of progressive financial or controllership experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available)
• MBA, CPA, and/or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the site Operations Leadership Team as the finance business partner as strategy is developed and executed.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate the key financial and operational drivers of site performance.
• Act as a catalyst for change and lead initiatives that close the gap between current performance and benchmark levels.
• Influence capital expenditure decisions through sound business cases, then track actual results against those cases.
