Job summary
Augmentis Group is representing a Fortune 500 client seeking a Controller for the Allentown, PA site. You will own all accounting, controls, planning and analysis, partnering with operations leadership to shape strategy and improve performance.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years of manufacturing financial experience, and US work authorization. MBA/CPA/CMA and ERP experience are preferred. On-site with strong benefits and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of progressive financial or controllership experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available).
- MBA, CPA, and/or CMA credentials are preferred.
- Strong cost accounting experience and ERP data querying capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, planning, reporting, consolidation, and analysis for the site and business unit.
- Serve on the site Operations Leadership Team as the finance business partner and support strategy execution.
- Design and monitor internal controls to keep operations aligned with the financial plan.
- Coach and develop the site finance team and drive continuous process improvement.
