CSP Composite is looking for an experienced finance leader to oversee corporate and site-level financial operations at our North Carolina site. Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of cost accounting, inventory management systems, and operational finance in a manufacturing context—automotive industry experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex financial data and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to present financial information clearly to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting by maintaining internal controls and cross-functional checks.
• Oversee daily finance operations: accounts payable/receivable, payroll, invoicing, cash disbursements, credits, collections, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Drive integrity of cost accounting systems, including material costing, labor analysis, overhead absorption, and variance reporting.
• Develop and distribute monthly financial statements and performance reports for site leadership and corporate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic initiatives and margin improvements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, valuation, and standard cost systems functionality.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, insurers, and other financial institutions.
• Partner with HR and operations to support benefit planning, labor cost analysis, and organizational performance.
• Lead the site finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
