Job summary

CSP Innovations North Carolina, LLC is seeking a senior finance leader to drive accurate financial reporting and robust internal controls across manufacturing operations in North Carolina. The role oversees payables, receivables, payroll, invoicing, and fixed assets while ensuring cost accounting integrity and timely month-end closes.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in finance with 3–5 years in manufacturing, strong ERP and Excel skills, and a CPA or MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment
• Cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing finance experience
• CPA or MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting with strong internal controls
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, invoicing, cash disbursements, and fixed assets
• Drive cost accounting integrity including material costing, labor analysis, overhead absorption, and variance reporting
• Prepare timely monthly financial statements and performance reports for site leadership and corporate stakeholders
• Collaborate with plant leadership on budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
• Provide actionable financial insights for strategic initiatives and margin improvement
• Monitor inventory valuation and standard cost system functionality
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and insurers
• Support HR and operations on labor cost analysis and benefits planning
• Lead the site finance team and promote continuous improvement
