Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong ability to report and interpret accurate financial results.
• Experience with deferred revenue and accrual-based accounting.
• Experience with SAP preferred and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, long-range planning and analyses.
• Support sales and operations decisions with financial analyses on margins and working capital.
• Lead general accounting, cash management, payables, receivables, fixed assets and reporting.
• Establish and maintain a strong internal control environment and accounting policies.
• Coordinate audits and drive process improvements across finance functions.
• Develop staff and provide training to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
