Job summary

CSP (Teijin Automotive Technologies) in North Carolina seeks a senior finance leader to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. You will partner with plant leadership to improve margins and guide capital decisions.

You will manage AP/AR, payroll, inventory, and cost accounting, delivering timely statements for site leadership and corporate. SAP/Plex fluency and a CPA/MBA are preferred to ensure success.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment, automotive preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret complex financial data and regulatory requirements.
• Strong presentation skills for executive leadership and external stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal controls, audits, and timely financial reporting.
• Manage A/P, A/R, payroll, invoicing, cash disbursements, credits, collections, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Drive cost accounting integrity: material costing, labor analysis, overhead absorption, and variance reporting.
• Produce monthly financial statements and performance reports for site leadership and corporate.
• Collaborate with plant leadership on budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support capital investments and margin improvements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and standard cost system functionality.
• Maintain relationships with auditors, banks, insurers, and other financial institutions.
• Partner with HR and operations to support benefits planning and labor cost analysis.
• Lead and develop the site finance team and promote continuous improvement.
