Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• MBA is desirable for advanced roles.
• 5-10 years FP&A or accounting experience preferred in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with HFM and SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Plant Manager to translate operations into financial insights, risks and actions.
• Lead weekly flash and performance reviews with plant management on revenue, margins, costs and delivery against targets.
• Provide financial decision support for cost control, productivity, and capacity.
• Support pricing decisions, product performance evaluation and new opportunities.
• Lead plant budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting including working capital elements.
• Coordinate monthly closings and ensure compliance with accounting policies and controls.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on costing and capital expenditure analysis.
• Support internal audits and documentation for external reporting.
