Movement Search and Delivery is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Grand Rapids, Michigan to identify a Plant Controller. This on-site finance leader partners with the Plant Manager and business unit to own the plant's financial agenda, forecasting, analysis, capital, and controls.

Qualifications

• BS in Business, Finance, or Accounting with 5+ years in financial/controllership roles.
• Manufacturing finance background; plant controller experience in a large facility preferred.
• Strong cost accounting, analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Oracle/Hyperion is a plus.
• MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred; legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Partner with plant leadership to set targets for quality, productivity, delivery, and profitability.
• Forecast, plan, and analyze results; translate data into a clear story for decisions.
• Lead capital appropriation and post-project reviews against business case.
• Direct Accounting, Procurement, and Information Systems to stay audit-ready.
• Own financial reporting, SOX/internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the plant finance team.
