Job summary

PacifiCorp is seeking a Control and Electrical Technician (CET) to repair and maintain plant instrumentation and control systems in Glenrock, on a 100% onsite schedule.

You will interpret drawings, perform troubleshooting, and potentially train apprentices. This role requires journeyman level experience, a strong math/electrical background, and willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman level experience with written test.
• Courses in math, electrical theory, and electronics.
• Experience with plant control systems and instrumentation.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Repair plant instrumentation and control systems under supervision.
• Install, modify, maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical power and auxiliary equipment.
• Interpret drawings and coordinate training for apprentices as needed.
