Campbell's is seeking an Automation & Controls Specialist to create a strategic vision for automation, lead capital projects, and serve as site SME for control systems. You will support installation, start-up and operation of plant equipment with a focus on safety, product quality and total delivered cost.

The role requires 4+ years in high-speed automation, experience with Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI and Wonderware, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and 4+ years of experience in automation.
• Experience with high-speed automation, robotics and VFDs.
• Proficient with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI programming.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the strategic vision for automation and control systems.
• Lead capital projects, scope, vendor selection and startups.
• Provide daily technical support to Plant Operations to improve performance.
• Troubleshoot advanced control systems and support maintenance training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality and cost goals.
