Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; vocational/technical training in electrical, electronics, or industrial controls OR 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience independently troubleshooting and repairing complex control systems.
• Preferred: certification or diploma in Industrial Controls or Automation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant electrical, controls, and automation systems.
• Diagnose failures using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support PLC-based systems, including diagnostics, downloads/uploads, and modifications.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen-Bradley preferred) and HMIs/SCADA (Wonderware, Intellution).
• Troubleshoot sensors, relays, instrumentation, and industrial networks; utilize CMMS/SAP for work orders.
