Job summary

Thompson Pipe Group is seeking a Plant Asset Reliability & Fleet Compliance Manager to lead maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding domains.

You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, oversee DOT fleet compliance, and mentor technicians while driving safety, 5S, and cost-efficient repairs. Strong CMMS experience and a proven leadership track are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership of multi-trade maintenance teams.
• Strong safety and compliance mindset.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance mechanics/technicians, set priorities and allocate labor.
• Manage preventive/corrective maintenance and track work orders in a CMMS (MaintainX).
• Oversee DOT fleet compliance and heavy equipment maintenance.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to codes and 5S; sustain safe maintenance environment.
