Job summary

Asphalt Materials, Inc. seeks a Corporate Maintenance & Reliability Manager to establish and coordinate a maintenance management system across 23 facilities.

You will lead CMMS adoption, data build-out, and a phased improvement roadmap, partnering with Operations to meet maintenance and plant performance goals. The role requires a strong track record in maintenance leadership, CMMS implementation, and data-driven decision making, with a focus on hot oil/thermal systems and critical equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant maintenance leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading maintenance programs in bulk liquid or heavy industrial operations.
• Experience deploying CMMS, data build-out, and multi-site rollout is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess current maintenance conditions across 23 facilities and establish baseline metrics.
• Drive CMMS adoption, data build-out, asset hierarchies, and standardized data practices.
• Develop phased, multi-year maintenance roadmap and secure leadership support.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical equipment.
• Establish spare parts strategy, backlog management, and maintenance scheduling.
• Create SOPs and best practices for storage, heating, pumping, and blending systems.
• Coordinate with EH&S to address compliance gaps and ensure OSHA and DOT alignment.
• Define KPIs and establish regular leadership reporting on reliability and plant performance.
