Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on maintenance experience with supervisory roles.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance environments.

• Lead, train, and mentor maintenance team; plan preventive maintenance.
• Manage budgets, inventories, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate with production to prioritize maintenance tasks.
