Job summary

Pratt is looking for an Administrator to perform diversified functions at the plant, such as scheduling loads and resolving invoice issues. The position requires attention to detail and a strong knowledge of accounting standards.

Candidates should be pursuing an Advanced Degree or have completed an associate's degree. Strong Microsoft Office skills and outstanding communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software products.
• Demonstrated superior oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, conventions, and principles.

Responsibilities

• Create POs related to all plant expenses.
• Process all invoices through Open Text for timely payments.
• Schedule outbound loads and manage recording of inbound and outbound loads.
• Track inventory and report month-end inventory.
