Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Plant Administration Assistant to create, maintain, and organize operational and sales records for the WWTF plant location in Plant City, Florida. You will support both the Plant Operations Manager and Plant Sales Manager with paperwork, data entry, and call routing.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with opportunities for advancement within Crystal

Qualifications

• Strong communication, attention to detail, and initiative to complete tasks.
• Ability to interact with sales branch employees and other corporate departments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer the Customer Service phone line in a professional manner (avg. 40 calls per day).
• Accurately route and distribute incoming customer calls.
• Sort and file daily control sheets from prior day’s work.
• Maintain and file daily driver logs and vehicle maintenance records.
• Create service packs with labels and manifests for the Sales Service Team.
• Order office and sales supplies and perform data entry of plant paperwork.
