This role emphasizes organized, compliant administration and smooth cross-functional coordination within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years administrative/front-desk experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative support to the Plant Manager and leadership team.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and track follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and operational documents.
• Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical).
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and contractors.
