Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Support Coordinator to ensure efficient maintenance and technical team operations. The role involves day-to-day inventory, labor scheduling, and project planning in a climate-controlled environment.

The candidate should have 1+ years leading teams and 2+ years in inventory management or purchasing, with MS Office proficiency; a HS diploma is required, a business/supply chain degree is preferred. Overtime may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts on parts and supply inventory
• Purchase parts and supplies from suppliers via PO or purchase card
• Develop relationships with key suppliers to support continuity
• Ensure parts and supply storage areas stay clean and organized
• Collect and preserve documentation related to compliance
• Assist with labor and materials planning for routine tasks and projects
• Assist with work order distribution and management
• Identify and elevate continuous improvement opportunities in maintenance procedures
• Coordinate with other teams within the plant on projects

Job Description

Shift: Day

Schedule: 7 AM to 3:30 PM; Monday to Friday

The Maintenance Support Coordinator will promote the efficient functioning of the maintenance and technical teams by performing day-to-day inventory and labor scheduling tasks and supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. Most tasks will be in a climate-controlled work environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts on parts and supply inventory
• Purchase parts and supplies from suppliers via PO or purchase card
• Develop good relationships with key suppliers to support business continuity
• Ensure parts and supply storage areas stay clean and organized
• Collect and preserve documentation related to compliance
• Assist with labor and materials planning for routine tasks and projects
• Assist with work order distribution and management
• Identify and elevate continuous improvement opportunities in the procedures, systems, and practices of the maintenance department.
• Coordinate with other teams within the plant on projects

Qualifications

Required:

• 1+ years of experience as a lead, supervisor, or manager
• 2+ years of inventory management, scheduling, or purchasing experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain-related field is preferred

Schedule: The plant is continuously in operation 24/7. The schedule is 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Overtime will be required at times.
