Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking an administrative professional to support inventory, packaging, and payroll processes. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, daily operation support, and flexible coverage across several department functions.

Responsibilities include generating yield, inventory, and P&L reports, handling payroll entries, and coordinating with management. Evening and Saturday overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of office experience; payroll experience preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills including Tyson Business Computer System, MS Office & Excel; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare yield reports.
• Prepare perpetual inventory reports.
• Prepare profit and loss (P&L) reports.
• Complete packaging receiving and reconciliation.
• Process payroll and enter payroll deductions.
• Provide coverage and perform other duties as assigned.
• Cross-train across multiple roles within the department to provide coverage.
