Tyson Foods in Enid, Oklahoma, is seeking an Accounting Administrator to support plant finance and payroll processes, reporting to the Plant Controller. This role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, and strong communication across management levels.

Responsibilities include time and attendance, payroll support, reporting, audits, and general office duties, with weekly pay for an hourly position and no relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years office experience required; 3+ years payroll experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills incl. Tyson Business Computer System, Microsoft Office & Excel; SAP preferred.
• Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication with all levels of management.
• Travel: None
• Sponsorship is not available; U.S. residence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist plant supervision with daily/weekly time and attendance using UKG Pro and SAP Payroll.
• Monitor plant time analytics in UKG Pro; ensure adherence to policies.
• Provide training to new supervisors on payroll processes as necessary.
• Address payroll questions and concerns promptly.
• Complete AskHR/Box Office tickets as required.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for Plant Controller.
• Assist Controller with plant variance information for SAP uploads.
• Support plant management; monitor processes in production areas.
• Assist in self-audits of critical processes per corporate accounting.
• Perform records retention; entering PO receipts in SAP/Coupa; support HR with plant activities.
• Manage employee supply processes (inventory and ordering); employee sales.
• Undertake other duties and projects; be available one Saturday a month for closing duties.
