Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service while supporting other store tasks.

The role emphasizes availability, adaptability and strong communication to complete assignments and assist in maintaining planogram integrity across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/merchandising is required or preferred.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately for documentation.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and store resets accurately and on time.
• Perform price changes and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers using GURA.
• Maintain planogram integrity and conduct ongoing merchandising tasks.
• Communicate progress with District FAST Supervisor and team.
