Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store on a variety of tasks from planograms to signage updates and merchandise assembly. You will support store operations, interact with customers, and deliver legendary service while maintaining planogram integrity and pricing changes.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in-store.
