Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You’ll interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or merchandising experience, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Shifts vary by store and may exceed 4 hours.

Qualifications

• Prior retail merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed and able to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Make the customer a priority when approached and provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover the Customers’ needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• Team Members also may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
