Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish, in-store tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service while supporting merchandising and store operations.

Roles require reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to safety, with shifts that may vary by store and business needs. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and 18+ is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update and maintain store signage including circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures; perform recovery and planogram integrity checks.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
