Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in one store, executing planograms, signage changes, and price updates while supporting merchandise fixtures and signage maintenance. You will interact with customers and fellow team members to deliver legendary service.

The role involves assembling fixtures, completing planograms, and maintaining signages with a focus on accuracy and safety, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and customer service with GURA.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
