Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team and own end-to-end visual tasks in a single store. You will manage planograms, signage updates, and price changes, while also assisting with merchandise and fixture assembly and maintaining signage quality.

Customer service will be a core focus as you interact with shoppers and teammates. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work shifts ranging from four to more than ten hours as

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and signage.
• Perform price changes and signage updates.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers using GURA.
• Communicate proactively with store leadership on work progress and issues.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
