Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, primarily in one store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, maintaining visual standards, and executing store initiatives while adhering to safety guidelines and reporting issues to the District FAST Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and work scheduled shifts.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and price changes accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
