Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team. You will own start-to-finish tasks like planning layouts, updating signage, and executing price changes within a single store, while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly.

You will interact with customers, delivering legendary service and resolving issues alongside teammates. The role emphasizes reliable attendance, flexible shifts, and proactive communication with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts as required by store needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
